Mr. Ian Cummins
Ian Cummins has a vast level of experience in water treatment technologies. His knowledge and experience is highly regarded within the industry.
Ian, over the past twenty years has developed a range of water technology products and systems which are revolutionary in nature when compared to existing water technologies. The technologies have been developed into a range of commercial, environmental and industrial products and systems.
Ian has previously successfully established a range of worldwide patents on water treatment technologies including: water treatment systems, aquaculture systems, industrial water remediation systems, food waste systems, animal waste systems and more recently drinking water purification systems.
Mr. Cummins has also developed the Starfish business model and plan to roll out the company’s licensed technologies worldwide.
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Colin Watson
Colin Watson was born in East Retford, Nottinghamshire in 1958, as a son of a Mechanical Engineer, he attended Sir Fredrick Milner School for Boys, he achieved HND in Mining Mechanical and Electrical Engineering at Sheffield Polytechnic/Worksop in 1982, where he worked as a Junior Engineer at The National Coal Board.
1982 Worked in South Africa with Anglo American Corporation, Vaal Reefs Gold Mine, as Junior Shaft Engineer, during which time he attained the Honour of Captaining the First, Multi Racial, Soccer Team in Curry Cup, Durban, the ‘Mines Invitation Eleven’. Returning to the UK in 1985 he worked as Robotics Engineer, Babcock Jenkins, where after he changed Career Direction to Finance and Insurance, attaining management levels with, Stirling Devereaux 1987, Abbey Life 1989, Allied Dunbar 1992. Gapuma Exports, Director African Development, Export/Trade Finance 1994, Far Consultancy Director Business Development, Project Development/Investment Finance/Project Finance/JV Finance 2000, Mortgage Finance, Brokerage, Proprietor 2002 Excelsior Mortgage Solutions Managing Director 2004,
In 2002 he formed C Watson Associates (CWA) International Business Consultants/Project Financing/Investments (Mid East-Africa-Asian Pacific) Managing Director, Business & Finance Consultants/Analysts. He was appointed Head Consultant on a ‘National Project’ for Australian Finance House (FAI), delivering the Multimillion Dollar Project on time and in budget, 2006. CWA-KSA working with the National Commercial Bank Riyadh (NCB) on various funding projects, moved to Jordan, where he was resident and operated throughout the Mid East 2010, He rejoined Gapuma Exports African Development Director, holding the position as Managing Director for Procura Ghana Limited (West Africa), Chemical Wholesaler/Reseller 2011, Project Manager/Director, working with Lycopodium Australia and Newmont Golden Ridge, Ghana (West Africa) on the Akyem mining development project 2012.
Re located to the Philippines and joined Starfish Enterprises Limited/ICE International Technologies as CEO February 2013.

The company recognizes it has a range of skill and knowledge gaps within its structure. These will be addresses through the engagement of consultants. The consults engaged will provide the company with the skills and knowledge required in a timely and cost efficient manner. The company believes this will be the best strategy to address the identified skill and knowledge gaps, as the company grows and establishes itself within the identified markets other areas of expertise may be required, the range of consultants can at that point be expanded.
